This section provides the current fee schedule for all tribal jurist activity and the By Laws of all tribal jurists within our jurisdiction
All Services carried by a Jurist are Listed herein
1) Nationality Services (fee 720$-360$ for Jurist paperwork-80$ IDS-360$ Headquarters Covers dues and Administrative CRM for nationals entry into database-pays administrator (80)$ fee per national) remaining 280$ treasury for dues) All recorded on requisition forms
2) Business registration Services (400 Non Nationals 200$ Nationals 7 Types) Non Tribal LLC 550$ Covers EIN Articles – State registration at SOS office-Bank Account Instructions)
3) Business Credit & Personal Credit Services ( Circle 7 Debt relief)
4) Tax Exemption for Homes Services (1250$ Covers 501 D registration EIN Articles Fictitious Business registration fee) Must be completed or refunded so a Jurist can succesfully complete
5) ID Update Services ( Level 2 Jurists Only) 40$ per ID
6) Document Update Services -Total 120$ individual 20$ plus mailing fees

17) Copyright Trademark Patent Service) Level 3 1500$ all three Copyright -automatic from publishing-Trademark 400$ Plus State fees & mailings, Patent-Indigenous 500$ US Patent based on fee Plus 500$ Labor cost.
18) All Active Jurist must pay a member Dues fee of 120$ Annually which equals 10$ a Month starting November 2024. Hardships are available to by pass these dues.
19) All Businesses registered with ARNA Must pay a 5$ Service fee annually for nationals and 10$ annual service fee for non-nationals. A Business can be closed by ARNA who does not follow these rules. All business registrations MUST fill Out the National Business registration form before registering.
20) All Jurists must score 80% or better on all exams and continuing education Exams
21) Continuing education exams will be distributed by ARNA Aboriginal Law firms during think tanks.
22) Attendance at think tanks is REQUIRED by all current jurists for updates necessary for performance. If emergencies exist Jurists in good standing will receive recordings
23) ARNA Aboriginal Law firm & Aboriginal University are responsible for all the education in all steps and details at carrying out lawful and legal processes concerning services listed within this statute.
24) Jurists may be suspended by ARNA Aboriginal Law firm or an authority delegated by the CEO of Aboriginal Law firm or via case in the ARNA NJS or Aboriginal High Court.
25) All Jurists have a right to arbitration or a jural society trial to resolve all claims.
26) Once a jurist breaches their contract they can be suspended pending a trial but not convicted or rights taken away before adjudication unless the issue is an issue of national security as established by the Chief Executive or Prime Minister with the CEO of Aboriginal Law Firm having superior authority to determine matters of fact concerning jurists or the Aboriginal Chief in seat or in Constitutional Trust Council Powers or via adjudication of the Aboriginal High Court or National Jural Society.
27) Jurists will follow all rules concerning price schedule which will be uniform amongst all jurists and a matter of law. This schedule can only be amended by ARNA Aboriginal Law firm CEO, the Aboriginal Chief in seat or constitutional trust council or a board of Accredited ARNA Aboriginal Law Firm Officers delegated this authority.
28) In Accordance with the ARNA Constitution ARNA Aboriginal Law firm shall remain the lawful ARNA Instrumentality and department body to carry out all authority concerning jurists of ARNA for perpetuity of the existence of ARNA Xi-Amaru Tribal Government.
29) Any Amendments to this statute are exclusively the power of ARNA Aboriginal Law Firm which is a Government bonded department and instrumentality of ARNA and must conform with the ARNA Constitution and can be challenged to test Constitutionality in the Aboriginal high Court or the ARNA NJS.
30) ARNA Aboriginal Law firm cannot function as an entity for or under any non-indigenous body politic for any purpose whatsoever.
31) Copyright fees are 75$
32) Trademark Fees are 250$ plus additional service fees
33) Patent Fees are 500$ Plus any additional fees for USPTO applications
