or a Certified JuristAs Indigenous Americans we use United States Passports
Passports are for entry and exit of foreign nationals and for protection as a US National/Citizen
We are BOTH US Nationals (Those owing allegiance as Indigenous Americans and US Citizens via the SNYDER ACT which preserves and protects our Property as specialized US Citizens (Not 14th Amendment, naturalized or original Citizens)
If you are filling out for a passport for the first time use the DS-11 Form as noted on this page
If you did a name change you need the updated SS Card and State ID and Tribal ID in the name on the name change documents
If this is an update use form DS -75
Children can get passports after they use their religious Records of birth to get a SS Card
